Plans for the London move will shortly be under way. Next steps and reflection on current work since leaving the studio are pretty high in my priorities at the moment, although the need to earn and save money are top of the list so lots of freelance working ahead. Thinking about learning and linking workshops to my drawing practice, as well as finding ways to achieve in short spaces of time are the most sane way forward during a busy and seemingly uncreative time. This TED link, from Gary Malkin is helping.

love the TED talk. I suppose i’m doing that this month – I signed up for Self stitched September. I need to wear something I made everyday. So far so good! BTW when do you move to London? is it a perm. move if so you’ll be missed at the Baltic.
Thanks for that Claire. I’ll be leaving BALTIC at the end of the year to undertake postgraduate at Chelsea College of Art and Design. Should be returning though. I love the sound of wearing your own creations! Kxx
